What we provide
morningowl publishes a daily observational note describing shifts in aggregated US equity commentary. The note is informational. It is not investment, tax, or legal advice. See our disclaimer.
Access
This website carries the methodology page and recent daily notes, refreshed every few days (each note becomes free a few days after it is published). The live, same-day note is the paid product, delivered by email to subscribers. Subscriptions are purchased on this website and billed by our payment processor, Stripe. A delayed selection of notes is also posted free to our public Telegram, Discord, and X channels. Free members receive a weekly digest email; paid members receive the daily note by email the morning it is published.
Acceptable use
Do not redistribute paid content to non-subscribers, do not scrape the site without written permission, and do not attempt to circumvent the paid channels' access controls. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse.
Content ownership
All notes, pages, and other content we publish are our copyrighted work. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use them for your own purposes. You may share brief excerpts with attribution; you may not republish, resell, or systematically redistribute our content. To report content concerns or claimed infringement, email hello@morningowl.io.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically: monthly plans each month, annual plans each year. Your payment method on file is charged at the then-current price at the start of each period until you cancel. Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page (the "Account" link when signed in); cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't issue partial or prorated refunds for unused time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the information published here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website is always the current one, and it takes effect when posted.
